We count before we build
Week one is a sheet of every repeat job, the hours it takes and the point where a person has to decide. Nothing gets built before it.
Every agent has a stop
Each agent knows the cases it must hand to a person, and says so plainly when it does.
You can see every run
Your run room shows what each agent did, what it was unsure about and what it cost, as it happens.
We stay after launch
We host, watch and change the agents every month. A named engineer answers within a working day.
Every client has one engineer who built their agents and reads their run room each morning.
